a vehicle for ideas ::

What is the value of one good idea?

The Leadership Forum InPerson™ is a place for busy executives to think…to gain fresh perspective…to examine relevant topics… to answer questions…and generate new questions.

It is a place for you and your team to discuss new ideas and how to apply them. You experience the newest concepts – and timeless principles – that can increase your performance and competitiveness.

“Our company has thirteen participants in The Leadership Forum. This represents a significant investment for an organization our size, but we all agree it is an excellent value. Every session of The Forum raises the level of thinking of our management team. From our perspective, the value proposition is simple—The Forum brings to us the best business minds in America . The speakers are intellectually stimulating and provide us with practical take-away value. There is rarely a session that we do not leave with an "ah ha", some little jewel of an insight that we would not have had without the experience. The Leadership Forum is a well conceived vehicle of ideas, and it sets an excellent example for all of us as a top notch organization.”
Gerry Hull, President & CEO
Automated Logic Corporation

a valuable tool ::

Our executive members use The Leadership Forum InPerson™ as a tool to consistently build a common knowledge base among their direct reports. This discipline of learning will help your team better address problems that spring up, as well as create innovative solutions when opportunity knocks.

“Learning together is a valuable tool for my management team. We’re always going back to concepts that were presented at The Forum as we shape and implement our strategies. All I have to do is mention one of those concepts and everyone immediately understands where I’m going.”
Chuck Williams, Former CIO
Georgia-Pacific Corporation

business thought leaders ::

The Leadership Forum InPerson™ features the best business minds. Alvin Toffler, Jim Collins, Warren Bennis… These are the experts who know their stuff. Best minds. Best thinking. Best results.

You and your team will learn from six leading experts, ask them questions, challenge their thinking…all for a cost well below what it would it cost to get any single faculty member to visit with your company.

“We are committed to being a learning organization, so the question is not if, but where, we will sharpen our learning edge. We keep coming back to the Forum because of its high level of teaching talent and leading-edge content. It is an integral part of our efforts to generate new ideas and innovation within our organization.”
John Henry, CEO Emeritus
Emory Hospitals

breakthrough strategies ::

The Leadership Forum InPerson™ gives executives ideas that make a difference – personally and organizationally. Since application is an important part of getting the most out of the program, we encourage you to participate with your direct reports.

We also provide tools (audio recording of the session, summary of the big ideas, the presenter’s book, etc.) to extend the learning beyond the session and into your organization.

"In 2003 I am attending my seventh consecutive year of The Leadership Forum. The high quality of the speakers is very consistent and has provided our company substantial help in our planning process. In fact, I credit some of our breakthrough strategy work to learning that came from our participation in The Forum. I attend with the next generation of leaders from our company and we are adding another member this year."
David McKenney, Chairman and CEO
McKenney's Mechanical Contractors and Engineers

stronger organization ::

The individual and team learning that occurs on a routine basis at The Leadership Forum™ helps create an organization that is stronger, better, and more focused.

"We strongly believe in continuous learning at all levels, but find it especially important at the leadership level. The high level learning opportunities provided through The Leadership Forum allows us to constantly improve the collective abilities and knowledge of our leadership team, which in turn makes us a stronger organization."
James E. Tally, Ph.D., President/CEO
Children's Healthcare

a great value ::

The Leadership Forum InPerson™ is a great value, particularly for leaders in the Atlanta area. We bring the best to you, so you don’t have to go to them.

The tuition fee is competitive with other executive education programs; it even entices out-of-town leaders to attend as well.

convenient learning ::

Do you have time to build a curriculum of topics, find the best people to speak to those topics, and then bring together your team to explore the subject?

The Leadership Forum™ is specifically designed to make learning convenient for busy executives. We do the hard work of building the curriculum and creating a special venue of learning for you and your team.

12 months, 6 powerful sessions. Not too many, not too few. You can be back in your office after lunch.

You will receive tools that extend the learning and help you implement ideas. We will provide you with audio CD’s of the presentation for most sessions, a written synopsis or summary of the big ideas, a copy of the speaker’s book, or other materials presented at the session.

We meet at the centrally located, vibrant surroundings of Technology Square at Georgia Tech.

Some participants desire CPE credits or other continuing education credits. We will be glad to work with you to get the proper credit.

an elite operation ::

Everything we do is carefully crafted to ensure that you experience the best executive learning venue in the country.

“The Leadership Forum is one of the best venues in the United States for people who are thinking about the changing world of work. It is an elite operation for executives.”
Alan Webber, co-founder
