1. This Site is for your personal use only. Unless The Leadership Forum explicitly consents otherwise, you may not distribute, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit anything you copy or use from this Site for any business, commercial, or public purpose.

3. Unless otherwise explicitly noted, all logos, service marks, and trademarks contained on the Site are property of and proprietary to The Leadership Forum. You agree not to engage in any unauthorized use of such proprietary logos, service marks, and trademarks.

No materials from the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may print (or download to a single computer) one copy of such materials for your personal, noncommercial use only, provided that (a) you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices, (b) you make no modifications to the materials, and (c) you do not use the materials in a manner that suggests an association with any products, services, or brands of The Leadership Forum. The Leadership Forum OnDemand™ eProducts
1. Your license to access streaming video or other eProducts (electronic products) from The Leadership Forum is valid for 15 days. If you would like to purchase another license, you can re-purchase the product through our web site.

2. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents.

3. Your license permits multiple viewing of steaming video during the license period. It further permits multiple participants per viewing, so long as the viewing is not for any commercial or public purpose.

4. The web site will generate a unique User Name and Password for each eProduct you license. These are for your personal use only. Unless The Leadership Forum explicitly consents otherwise, you may not distribute, exchange, sell, or transmit them to anyone else.

The Leadership Forum OnTheGo™
1. If you license a program that has completed, all audio CD’s and related support materials will be sent to you at the same time. If you license a program in progress, audio CD’s and support materials will be sent to you as sessions are completed during the year.

2. These copyrighted materials are for your personal use. Unless otherwise explicitly noted, all such materials are the copyrighted property of The Leadership Forum or one of its faculty speakers. You agree not to engage in any unauthorized use of such materials.

The Leadership Forum InPerson™
1. This annual symposium of half day seminars will go on “rain or shine.” If you are unable to attend a given session you may send a substitute in your place. Please notify The Leadership Forum of substitutions at least three days in advance by sending an email to info@learnleadership.com or via fax to 404.237.9392.

2. Participant materials for the session will be given to attendees only. Follow up materials will be emailed or otherwise sent to the participant of record.

We understand that Internet technologies change rapidly, as do associated business models. Accordingly, The Leadership Forum reserves the right to modify this Policy without prior notice
